摘要:<p>Mineral foam granulates (I), obtained by a thermal foam process containing the starting mixture of rock flours, glass flours and foaming agents, is claimed, where (I) exhibits: temperature stability of greater than 1000[deg] C; particle pressure stability of 30-180 kilo newtons; fine porosity and alkali insensitivity. Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of (I) comprising mixing and granulating the starting mixture, preheating the granulates in a preheating furnace at 900[deg] C and drying, transferring the preheated granulates to a heating foam furnace, which is equipped with several combustion chamber and heating at nearer to the foaming temperature, subsequently blowing the mixture at 1050-1200[deg] C and cooling up to the molded stability, discharging, again cooling and classifying the obtained granulates; and (2) a device for the production (I) comprising a raw material treatment plant, a peltier device, a furnace device, a product discharge and a finished product warehouse, where the furnace device: is a multistage furnace device; contains the preheating furnace (1), foaming furnace (2) and cooler (3), which are directly fixed one after another; has several combustion chambers with separate controllable burners (11, 21); and exhibits a downward gradient after the last combustion chamber.</p>
