A magnetic circuit part 12 is formed of the top plate 4 bonded and fixed to the central part of a magnet 3, the magnet 3 bonded and fixed on the central inner surface of the yoke 2, and the flat pot shaped yoke 2 and elastically supported in the frame 6 by suspensions A7 and B10.
