摘要：本发明提供一种从含有一氧化碳(CO)的混合气体移除CO的方法，包括将该混合气体与一奈米金触媒接触，藉由CO的选择性吸附／氧化、水气移转反应、或CO选择性氧化反应的机制来使得该混合气体中的CO的含量降低。本发明的奈米金触媒，包含一固态载体及沈积于该载体的金，其中该金具有小于10奈米的大小，及该载体包含一具有下式之混合金属氢氧化物及氧化物：M(OH)qOy其中M为Ti, Fe, CO, Zr,或Ni；q为0.1–1.5；及q＋2y＝z，其中z为M的价位。
