摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage brewer that can brew a coffee beverage of constant strength by removing a powder ingredient stuck by dewing at a powder ingredient port by air injection, after every brewing operation of the beverage supply device, and stabilizing a powder ingredient supply. <P>SOLUTION: After setting a lower end of a cylinder 10 for brewing a coffee beverage from a powder ingredient of ground beams on a filter block 40 via a filter 42, and brewing a coffee beverage through the filter 42 from a mixture of the powder ingredient supplied from the powder ingredient port 16 via an ingredient chute 50 and hot water fed from a hot water inlet 17, the beverage brewer lifts the cylinder 10 off the filter block 40 and discharges the coffee grounds on the filter 42. A scraper 51 is projected below the ingredient chute 50.
