摘要:一种薄膜晶体管液晶显示器的制造方法,涉及一种薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(thin film transistor liquid crystaldisplay TFT-LCD)的制造。提供一玻璃基板,在基板表面形成第一层金属层并制作栅电极和扫描线。依序淀积两层栅绝缘层,栅绝缘层上淀积-半导体层,再依序淀积生长两层阻挡层,并限定两层阻挡层图形。在阻挡层上淀积掺杂半导体层、第二层金属层并刻蚀,再分别依序淀积两层钝化层并刻蚀形成接触孔结构。淀积-透明导电层,并限定像素电极图形。利用本发明技术,可有效的控制成膜的质量及膜质层次的疏密程度,形成良好的成膜界面。用简单的刻蚀方法刻蚀,具有良好的坡度角。保证可靠的绝缘性能和稳定的TFT电学性能,易刻蚀理想的图形。

主权项:1.一种薄膜晶体管液晶显示器的制造方法,包括:提供一玻璃基板,在基板上形成栅电极;在基板及栅电极上依序淀积栅绝缘层、半导体层、阻挡层,并限定阻挡层图形;在阻挡层上淀积掺杂半导体层、第二层金属层并刻蚀,形成欧姆接触层及源电极、漏电极;再分别淀积钝化层并刻蚀形成接触孔结构;淀积-透明导电层,并限定像素电极图形;其特征在于:所述的栅绝缘层、阻挡层、钝化层分别采用多层结构,分层淀积生长成膜技术。
