摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bivalve frozen food product comprising a set of unshelled shellfish and seasonings suitable for specific cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The bivalve frozen food product is obtained by adding either edible oil and fat (e.g. butter) or alcohol (e.g. refined Sake), or both of them to sand-removed and washed bivalves, charging the mixture in an airtight container, heating the container followed by cooling and freezing the resultant container.
