摘要:PURPOSE:To hold high seal performance over a long period by effectively interrupting muddy water. CONSTITUTION:A device comprises a seal member 7 with a core metal 7a mounted on an outer ring 31 of a bearing 3, first slinger 8 of L-shaped section mounted on an inner ring 32 to bring a lip of the seal member 7 into contact and the second slinger 9 of L-shaped section integrally provided with the first slinger 8 so as to protrude in the axial direction outward from this first slinger, and an elastic unit 10, overlapped together in a non-contact condition with a member 4 in a side of the outer ring 31, is integrally provided in the peripheral edge of a flange part 9b of the second slinger 9.
