摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for managing game and a reception device, with which game is made convenient and security is improved by enabling game in a plurality of game parlors while using a same recording medium. SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of game parlors is provided with a managing device 31, and a register 33 which is the reception device. The register 33 accepts an IC card C from a player, and the managing device 31 transmits the use inhibition request of the IC card C to the other managing device installed in the game parlor designated by a using parlor designation information recorded on the IC card C. The other managing device which receives the use inhibition request, inhibits the use of the IC card C in the game parlor and transmits use inhibition completion information to the managing device 31. The managing device 31, which receives the use inhibition completion information, registers the IC card C as a recording medium available in the present parlor and the register 33 writes the using parlor designation information designating the present parlor on the IC card C.
