SOLUTION: This adhesive composition is characterized in that composition is characterized in that the composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber component, (B) 50-150 pts.wt. of a petroleum resin mixture comprising 5-50 wt.% of a cyclopentadiene-based resin and 50-95 wt.% of an aliphatic petroleum resin and/or an aromatic petroleum resin and (C) 0-50 pts.wt. of a softener. The vinyl chloride resin adhesive tape is characterized by coating a flexible vinyl chloride resin film with the adhesive composition.
