The network facsimile terminal 1 requests to a routing management server 5 for information relating to a distribution destination. The routing management server 5 returns the information relating to the distribution destination from a distribution destination table 12 in itself. The network facsimile terminal 1 distributes the received facsimile data on the basis of the acquired information relating to a distribution destination.
