摘要:本实用新型揭示一种电磁潜水泵,包括在上壳体内设置用环氧密封的电磁铁,下壳体内设置与上壳体的电磁衔铁相匹配的电磁衔铁,通电后电磁衔铁快速上下运动,不断抽吸提升水源。本实用新型的优点在于结构简单、运转时间长、扬程高、流量大,无需保养维护。

主权项:1.一种电磁潜水泵,其特征在于所述的电磁潜水泵包括通过螺栓螺母连接的铝合金材料制的上下壳体,所述的上壳体上设置出水管,以及上壳体内设置用环氧树脂密封的由磁轭和衔铁组成的闭路导磁体电磁铁,所述的电磁铁的引出端与电源线连接,所述的电源线通过帽盖与上壳体用螺栓螺母固定;所述的下壳体的底部设置进水口,所述的进水口内设置橡胶阀,橡胶阀与进水口通过螺栓螺母连接成具有1.5~2mm的缝隙间距以及所述的下壳体内设置的配件包括与上述电磁铁匹配的电磁衔铁,所述的电磁衔铁通过中心轴与橡胶弹性部件用螺母连接固定,所述的橡胶弹性部件上设有与上壳体的出水管和下壳体的空间连通的出水口,所述的中心轴的端部设置用螺母固定的橡胶活塞,在橡胶弹性部件下部设置通过压紧部件压紧连接的辅助圆柱活塞构成。
