摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reproduction without receiving all the data of one program and to reduce the capacity of a buffer by receiving graphics information in units of block consisting of position data, graphics-data and processing data, accepting the operation of a viewer, retrieving corresponding changed data from the processing information in a storage means, and changing a display screen. SOLUTION: After a reception part 201 receives a block to be transmitted and completely stores it in an internal buffer, the part 301 outputs it to a data separation part 202 and receives and stores a next block. The data separation part 202 outputs positional information to a position information storage part 203, a geometrical shape to a video generation part 204, a unit to a unit storage part 205 and an operation condition to an operation condition storage part 206 respectively. When an operation condition discrimination part 208 receives an audience operation from an audience input part 209, it refers to the operation condition storage part 206 and detects a corresponding operation, uses a unit recorded in the operation description and changes a display screen.
