摘要:PURPOSE: To provide a fuel cell power generating device stably operable at low load by partially burning an anode exhaust gas and a cathode exhaust gas by a catalytic combustor, and returning the exhaust gas to an exhaust gas circulating line. CONSTITUTION: An anode exhaust gas 23 and a cathode exhaust gas 31 passed through pipings branched from an anode exhaust gas feeding line 4 and a cathode exhaust gas feeding line 5 are mixed together in a catalytic combustor 6, and make contact with a catalyst to cause a combustion reaction. The burnt exhaust gas is guided to an air preheater 26 through an exhaust gas returning line 7, and further combined to an exhaust gas circulating line 3. When the temperature in the combustion chamber of a reformer 2 is too high, the inflow quantity of the anode exhaust gas 23 and the cathode exhaust gas 21 to the combustion chamber is reduced. When the temperature in the combustion chamber is too low, the inflow quantity of the exhaust gas to the combustion chamber is increased. Thus, the temperature in the combustion chamber is properly kept.
