摘要：PURPOSE: To allow a public PHS(personal handy phone system) terminal in a radio communication area of a private communication system to use a PHS service from a public network via the private communication system. CONSTITUTION: When a PS 1 being a public PHS terminal is going to use a personal handy phone system service via a private communication system 3, the public network discriminates the propriety of a verification request from the private communication system 3 to the PS 1 based on a channel information table 6, an exchange number management table 7 and a contract information table 9. When the verification request to the PS 1 is allowed, the verification information to the PS 1 is acquired from a verification information table 10 and informed to the private communication system 3.
