摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the displacement of a measuring object even when a dielectric body such as snow, ice, or water exists between an eddy current type displacement sensor and the measuring object.SOLUTION: An eddy current type displacement sensor (1) includes: a sensor coil (11); a capacitor (12) that is connected to the sensor coil (11) in parallel and forms a resonance circuit (17) together with the sensor coil (11); an oscillation circuit (13) for generating a high frequency signal and supplying the high frequency signal to the resonance circuit (17); and a ground electrode (14) connected to the ground potential of the resonance circuit (17). The ground electrode (14) is disposed so as to cover the surface of the sensor coil (11).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
