摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain a seamless-type semi-conductive belt with outstanding mechanical strength by specifying the volumetric electric resistance value of each part of the belt prepared using a material based on polyether ether ketone resin which contains an electrically conductive filler. CONSTITUTION:A material obtained by adding an electrically conductive filler to polyether ether ketone resin as a main component, is extruded in the form of a tube to form a film. Next, this film is cut to a specified length in a direction at right angles with an axial direction to prepare a belt. Each part of the belt has a volumetric electric resistance value falling within a range of 10<8> to 10<17>OMEGAcm, and the maximum value of said value ranging from one to 10 times the minimum value. The volumetric electric resistance value of an extruded film depends mainly upon the electrically conductive filler.
