摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate a job for control over a trouble card by annulling a deteline of service limitation after rewriting it at a time when the trouble card is inserted, while deleting it from data of the trouble card. CONSTITUTION:When an IC card 3 is inserted, a microprocessing unit 10 of a retractable room terminal machine 4a performs a trouble card judging program 13a, comparing card identification information with the data of a random access memory 14, thus this identification information judges whether it is a trouble card or not. Next, when the identification information accords with it, a deteline data annulling program 13d is performed, thereby performing a deteline data nulity rewriting process is carried out. Then, a trouble card deletion listing program 13e of the random access memory 14 is performed, through which additional storage is put to a trouble card deleting list of the random access memory 14.</p>
