摘要：PURPOSE:To prepare the title material with excellent thermal insulation properties without causing environmental problems by mixing an org. polyisocyanate with a polyol in a specified ratio, adding a specific catalyst, a specific blowing agent, a foam stabilizer, and a powdered zeolite to the mixture, followed by foaming. CONSTITUTION:An org. polyisocyanate (e.g. crude MDI) and a polyol in an equivalent ratio of NCO/OH of 1.3-3.0, a catalyst comprising a single or mixed isocyanate-trimerization catalyst (e.g. a mixture of DABCO TMR, a product of Sankyo-Air Products Co., Ltd., with Kaolizer No. 1, a product of Kao Corp.), a blowing agent comprising 1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane and/or 2,2-dichloro-1, 1,1-trifluoroethane, a foam stabilizer (e.g. F-335, a product of Shin-Etu Chemical Co., Ltd.), and a powdered zeolite are mixed and foamed.
