摘要：<p>Le matériau à feuille diélectrique flexible de capacitance élevée (10) se compose d'une monocouche de puces ou de pastilles (par exemple en céramique) (12) à diélectrique élevé et disposées en plusieurs couches ou en une seule couche, qui présentent une superficie et une épaisseur relativement petites et qui sont arrangées en réseau matriciel plan. Ces puces à constante diélectrique élevée (12) sont séparées entre elles par une petite distance. Les espaces entre les puces sont ensuite remplis d'un polymère/adhésif flexible (14), de façon à définir une feuille cohésive, le polymère (14) servant à lier entre elles les puces à diélectrique élevé (par exemple en céramique) (12) du réseau matriciel. Les surfaces planes opposées du réseau matriciel (qui contient le polymère) sont ensuite galvanisées par voie autocatalytique ou électrolytique par une opération de vaporisation ou de dépôt de métal sous vide, de façon à définir des surfaces métallisées opposées (28 et 30). Il en résulte un matériau à film ou à feuille diélectrique relativement flexible et de capacitance élevée (10), qui peut être percé, galvanisé, imprimé, attaqué, stratifié et qui est d'une grande fiabilité.</p>
