摘要：The device is composed of a disc 1 turning on a disc 2 around a removable shaft 3, and of a self-adhesive label 4 which is placed on the disc 2. Each disc is pierced by a hole 7. The disc 1 has a protuberance 8. The disc 2 is pierced by two slots 5 and 6. Method of use: a first code is written into the slot 5, then a series of four-figure numbers. A second code is written, and, again, a series of numbers; and so on until returning to the first code. So as to index the location of the codes, each time a code is written, it is necessary to write, in the slot 6, a letter of one's choice (first letters of one's name for example). Hence, by making the first letter of his name appear, the user can read his first code in the slot 5.
