摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain a readily handleable electrically conductive material having low solubility in organic solvents and high electric conductivity, by using a nitrile based compound and specific cupric compound as an oxidizing agent in reacting an aniline based compound with the oxidizing agent to obtain the electrically conductive material consisting of an aniline based polymer. CONSTITUTION:An aniline based compound [preferably a compound expressed by formula I (R1 and R2 are H, alkyl, etc.; R3 and R4 are H, alkyl or aryl)] is reacted with an oxidizing agent consisting of a nitrile based compound [preferably a compound expressed by formula II (R is alkyl or alkenyl; a is 1-3)] and a cupric compound [preferably a compound expressed by formula III (X is ClO4<->, BF4<->, etc.; Y is CH3OH, C2H5OH, etc.; m is 1-2; n is 1-6)] treated with an alcohol or organic carboxylic acid to provide an aniline based polymer, which is then preferably subjected to washing treatment with a liquid nitrile based compound to afford the aimed electrically conductive material.
