摘要：PURPOSE:To avoid the inadvertent interpolation of a word containing no error by selecting the words averaged for each word and a desired word based on the comparison result obtained between the prescribed bits which are set previously. CONSTITUTION:A digital voice data train supplied from an input terminal 2 is given to an error correction part 4 with the prescribed words defined as one block after the continuous errors produced during transmission of the data train are scattered. The part 4 corrects the errors for each block. In case the errors are detected in number more than a correctable range, a detection flag F is set up to show that a relevant block includes errors. Then this block is supplied to the word delay parts 61-63 for each word. The average value of output words of both parts 61 and 63 is calculated by an average value arithmetic part 64. Then a bit comparing part 65 compares the output words of both parts 62 and 64 with each other in terms of the corresponding bits. Thus the part 65 decides whether these words are correct or not based on the continuousness of the voice signals. Then the words including no errors are outputted with no interpolation.
