摘要：PURPOSE:To secure frequency information and a dynamic range with a simple constitution and to increase a transmitting speed by still transmitting a code bit at a first transmitting speed, obtaining amplitude information as a frame with a synchronizing bit and transmitting it at a second transmitting speed. CONSTITUTION:The code bit of a digital signal is sent by a code bit transmitting circuit 34 at a first transmitting speed. An amplitude information extracting circuit 35 extract amplitude information from the digital signal, a P/S converter 36 obtains a digital amplitude information signal as a frame according to a frame synchronizing bit from a synchronizing bit adding circuit 37 and further, after a parallel/serial conversion, it is transmitted at a second speed. Thus, with a comparatively simple constitution, while frequency information and a dynamic range are secured, the transmitting speed is increased and since the synchronizing bit is added and frame formation is executed, a cipher synchronizing bit is also added easily into a transmitted signal.
