摘要：<p>PURPOSE:To easily find a protrusion generated during a manufacture process of a color filter. CONSTITUTION:A color filter 6 is brought into contact with an inspecting body 15 comprising a liquid crystal layer 13 between two glass plates 11,12 and pressure is applied, while a light source 7 and a first polarizing plate 8 are placed on a side of the color filter 6 and a second polarizing plate 9 is placed on a side of the inspecting body 15, so that the second polarizing plate 9 is rotated to detect a protrusion 6a of the color filter 6. An elastic film may be used in place of a glass plate. An inspecting body comprising a polarimetric substance interposed between the elastic films may be used.</p>
