摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive which has an improved suitability to high-speed lamination by using porous starch which is obtained by causing 1,4-α-D-glucan glucohydrolase (EC3.2.1.3)(glucoamylase) to act on corn starch and has pores with a specified average pore size on the surface. SOLUTION: Porous starch having pores with an average pore size of 0.3-3μm on the surface is used. The enzymatic reaction is suitably conducted at a usually optimal pH of glucoamylase, 4-6, and at its optimal temperature, 40-60 deg.C. The average pore size is most simply and conveniently controlled by an enzyme addition ratio, a suitable amount of the enzyme being about 0.02-2 wt.%. A completely gelatinized liquid of processed corn starch is suitable as a carrier component. The ratio of the amount of water to that of starch (water multiple ratio) is suitably 1.5-5. Usually used auxiliaries, such as caustic soda and borax, are used. Generally, caustic soda is added in an amount of 1.0-3.0 wt.% of starch; and borax, in an amount of 0.2-5.0 wt.%.
