摘要:PURPOSE:To realize continuous 2P (photopolymerization) molding of highly reliable optical recording carrier with good productivity by using a specific UV-curing resin composition as the 2P material. CONSTITUTION:The optical recoding carrier consisting of a setting-type resin and having preformat signals and guide grooves is formed on a transparent disk by 2P (photopolymerization) method. The setting-type resin used here is an UV-curing resin composition consisting of a prepolymer component (A) comprising a polyurethane acrylate mixture of a condensate (I) produced by the reaction of carbonate diol of 500-5,000 mean molecular weight and - caprolactam, organic polyisocyanate (II) and hydroxy acrylate compound (III), an acrylate component (B) comprising a compound expressed by structural formula (IV), and an initiator of photopolymerization (C). Thus, continuous 2P molding can be realized by this method and highly reliable optical recording carrier can be obtained with good productivity.
