摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a flow regulating device capable of accurately controlling the flow regulation of fluid. SOLUTION: A nozzle unit 1 used as the flow regulating device has a nozzle body 3 having a communication hole 6 through which the fluid passes, and a needle shaft 2 provided with a valve 2a reciprocating in the nozzle body 3. A seat face 4a1 corresponding to a shape of the valve 2a is formed in the communication hole 6, and an area to be the seat face 4a1 is formed of the inner face of a first electrocast part 4a formed on a precise face by electrocasting.
