摘要：PURPOSE:To reproduce quickly a stable video signal by controlling the speed feedback signal and the turning reference signal of a disc motor in phase synchronism position by means of a time axis error signal. CONSTITUTION:A time axis error signal output S17 through a time axis error hold device 17 is inputted to a 3-input adder 19, where the output is added to an FG phase error signal S13. Then the phase synchronism position of an FG signal S11 being a speed feedback signal and an FG phase comparison reference signal S18 being a turning reference signal is controlled. Thus, an expensive VCO such as crystal oscillator or the like is not used, and even if the signal detector 3 is moved while being parted from a video disc 1, when a hold command signal H is generated just before, because the time axis error signal S7 just before is held by a time axis error hold device 17, the turning control of a disc motor 2 is continued stably and the stable video signal is reproduced quickly when the signal reproduction is started.
