摘要：PURPOSE: To supply a proper quantity of a coating liquid to an applicator, by a method wherein a case part guiding slide of a valve body while projecting within a coating liquid holding part is formed on a valve seat. CONSTITUTION: A valve seat 7 possesses a cylindrical case part 12 projecting within a coating liquid holding chamber 9. A valve part of a valve body 10 is arranged slidably freely within a projected cylindrical part 6 and a rear cylindrical part of the valve body 10 is arranged slidably freely within the case part 12. A spring member 13 such as a coil spring energizing the valve body 10 backward is arranged between the case part 12 and rear cylindrical part. As for the spring member 13, the rear part is connected with a protrusion formed on a side wall of a push rod 11 and a front part abuts against the valve seat. The case part 12 controls the valve body 10 and extending direction of the push bar 11 through the spring member 13. An ink passing-through hole to be opened in the rear end opening part is formed in the side part of the case part 12 and the coating liquid within the coating liquid holding chamber 9 can be supplied smooth to the projected cylindrical part.
