摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe martial art exercise tool allowing a user to put on/off in a short period of time to be used for the exercise of attacking with a fist and for the defense against such an attack almost without increasing the size of the fist. SOLUTION: The exercise tool comprises a grip part to be held by hand, a thrusting part to cover the fist when used, and first and second connection parts to connect both ends of the grip part and both ends of the thrusting part. The grip part and the first, second connection parts and the thrusting part constitute a closed ring from the grip part through the first connection part, the thrusting part and the second connection part to the grip part. The thrusting part comprises a cushioning member, and the first and second connection parts have such a length as to form a gap between the thrusting part and the fist when used.
