A lock member 21 for locking the placing base 22 existing on a standby position is made sheet material, and its width is made the same as the width of the optical card, and its thickness is made equal or below to the thickness of the optical card, and its length L1 is made longer than a distance L2 between the reference surface 22b of the placing base 22 and the outer surface of the boxy body 23. When the lock member 21 is inserted into the opening part 23a, the lock member 21 is prolonged to the guide member 28 and the placing base 22 to regulate the movement of the placing base 22.
