摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of obtaining information on the accurate respiration intervals without applying a burden to a subject. <P>SOLUTION: The information processing device 100 comprises a fitting part 12 for obtaining parameter values of sine functions by fitting the sine functions for heartbeat variation data, time-serial data on the heartbeat intervals, and a respiration interval calculating part 13 for calculating the heartbeat variation cycle corresponding to the respiration intervals based on the obtained parameter values. The information processing device 100 does not apply the burden to the subject because the respiration intervals are calculated based on the electrocardiogram data obtained by an electrocardiograph which can be easily used. Further, as the heartbeat variation cycle is calculated by the direct fitting without regular interval interpolation of heartbeat variation data, the accurate information on the respiration intervals can be obtained without loss of information or artifacts caused by the interpolation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
