摘要:本实用新型涉及三层绝缘线放线机,属于铜线放线机。它公开了机身下部是密封箱,密封箱顶部右侧设置有液压升降器,密封箱内底部设置有线盘升降架,线盘升降架上方设置有导体放线固定顶轴和放线活动顶轴,放线活动顶轴与活动手摇轮连接,机身顶部中间设置有放线斜导轮,放线斜导轮右侧相同高度位置处有张力固定轮,张力固定轮与机身后方的张力器连接,张力固定轮的下方有张力活动轮,张力活动轮与放线摆臂连接,放线摆臂调节码套接在放线摆臂上,张力活动轮的右上方有放线出线固定导轮,放线行程定位上点与放线行程定位下点位于放线摆臂的上方与下方。它的优点是解决铜线多规格线盘无法共用,安装耗时,转速不稳,导体被拉伸的技术问题。
