摘要:本实用新型涉及一种综丝位置调节装置,机架的上端安装有综丝整体高度调节装置和综丝间距调节装置,机架的下端安装有下综丝传送装置,综丝间距调节装置的下端设有上综丝传送装置,综丝整体高度调节装置与综丝间距调节装置之间通过带伞齿轮的连杆连接,综丝间距调节装置与螺杆端头部的伞齿轮啮合,螺杆穿过上综丝传送装置和下综丝传送装置并带动运转,上、下综丝传送装置上固定有两个螺纹旋向相反轴承颈;上、下综丝传送装置上固定有上、下V型导轨,上、下综丝传送装置安装在上、下综丝导滑装置上,上、下综丝导滑装置安装在机架,结构简单,调节方便,调节精度和准确度好,手工调节时省时省力,提高安全系数,保证综丝综眼高度位置的准确性。

主权项:一种综丝位置调节装置,具有机架(11),其特征在于:所述的机架(11)的上端安装有综丝整体高度调节装置(1)和综丝间距调节装置(2),机架(11)的下端安装有下综丝传送装置(5),综丝间距调节装置(2)的下端设有上综丝传送装置(3),所述综丝整体高度调节装置(1)与综丝间距调节装置(2)之间通过带伞齿轮(7)的连杆(12)连接,所述综丝间距调节装置(2)与螺杆(13)端头部的伞齿轮(7)啮合,螺杆(13)穿过上综丝传送装置(3)和下综丝传送装置(5)并带动运转,所述上、下综丝传送装置(3、5)上固定有两个螺纹旋向相反轴承颈(8);所述上、下综丝传送装置(3、5)上固定有上、下V型导轨(10、9),所述上、下综丝传送装置(3、5)安装在上、下综丝导滑装置(4、14)上,上、下综丝导滑装置(4、14)安装在机架(11)。
