摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of properly watching a bather.SOLUTION: In a bathroom abnormality sensing system in accordance with an aspect of the present invention, a transmitter that transmits a microwave as a transmission wave is disposed on one of a pair of mutually opposed side walls of a bathroom so that the transmission wave can be intercepted by a bather who is normally bathing in the bathroom, and a receiver that receives the transmission wave is disposed on the other side wall. An information processing unit acquires a receiving level of the transmission wave, which is transmitted from the transmitter, at the receiver when the bather is bathing in the bathroom, and decides based on the acquired receiving level whether the transmission wave is intercepted by a subject. If the information processing unit decides that the transmission wave is not intercepted by the subject, the information processing unit senses an abnormal condition of the bather because the bather does not exist within a range to which the transmission wave is radiated, and notifies that the bather is in the abnormal condition in the bathroom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
