摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film which hardly causes deviation or unevenness in retardation value due to stress and has a relation of nx>nz>ny, an optical film formed by combining the retardation film and a polarizer together, and a liquid crystal panel and a liquid crystal display device each using the optical film. SOLUTION: The retardation film is a stretched film of a high polymer film containing norbornene-based resin and satisfies expressions (1): 100 nm≤(nx-ny)×d≤350 nm and expression (2): 0.1≤(nx-nz)/(nx-ny)<0.9. Wherein nx, ny, and nz are refractive indexes of the film in a slow-axis direction, a fast-axis direction, and a thickness direction.
