摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat display panel washing device efficiently washing and wiping a flat panel since washing with a washing part and dry-wiping with a wiping part are applied to the flat panel in the same device. SOLUTION: The flat display panel washing device is provided with a placing table placing the flat panel thereon; a head part having the washing part washing the surface of the flat panel and the wiping part dry-wiping the washed surface of the flat panel; a driving part relatively moving the placing table and the head part; a control part controlling the head part and driving part so that the flat panel is dry-wiped after washed.
