摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic radiation irradiation device capable of securely irradiating a part of a subject and reducing the dose of radiation to be applied to the subject. SOLUTION: Radiotherapy equipment comprises the therapeutic radiation irradiation device for irradiating a part of the subject with therapeutic radiation, a motion detecting device for detecting the motion of the subject without using the radiation which transmits the subject, and a driving device for moving the therapeutic radiation irradiation device to the subject. A radiotherapy equipment control device 2 to control the radiotherapy equipment mentioned above comprises an affected part position database 51 to correlate the motion aggregation to the position aggregation, a motion collecting part 61 to collect the motion from the motion detecting device 4, and an irradiation position control part 62 to move the therapeutic radiation irradiation device so that the therapeutic radiation is applied to the position corresponding to the motion among the position aggregation.
