摘要:本发明公开了一种可消除试剂空白影响的水中氟离子现场快速检测试剂盒,为此,本发明还提供了该试剂盒的制备方法。本发明试剂盒在弱酸性介质中,水中的氟与1-氯甲基-4-氟-1,4-重氮化二环-2,2,2-辛烷双(四氟硼酸盐)反应,生成蓝色配合物,此蓝色配合物的颜色深浅与氟离子浓度成正比,将扣除试剂空白的氟离子标准色卡颜色与空白管颜色叠加后与测试管对比,得出待测水样中氟离子浓度,特别适合水中氟离子现场快速检测。

主权项:用于水中氟离子现场快速检测的试剂盒,其特征在于:它的组成为:(1)、液体型氟离子检测试剂:50mmol/L pH4.10醋酸‑醋酸钠缓冲液,含有1.0‑2.0g/L 1‑氯甲基‑4‑氟‑1,4‑重氮化二环‑2,2,2‑辛烷双(四氟硼酸盐)、0.05‑0.10ml/L乳化剂OP、0.1‑0.5g/L乙二胺四乙酸二钠、20‑50ml/L乙二醇;(2)、氟离子标准色卡:由扣除试剂空白、浓度分别为0.25mg/L、0.50mg/L、0.75mg/L、1.00mg/L、1.25mg/L、1.50mg/L的氟离子标准溶液反应所产生的标准色组成。
