摘要:PURPOSE: A disk type device for insulating heat of molten steel in ladle is provided to substantially improve heat insulation effect of molten steel by fabricating an insulating material in a disk shape approximately identically to inner diameter of ladle, thereby covering an upper part of molten steel with the fabricated insulating material. CONSTITUTION: The disk type device comprises a heat insulation plate(10) which is manufactured of a heat insulating material injected into an upper part of molten steel contacted with the atmosphere to prevent temperature of molten steel from dropping, on the central of which a fixing member through hole(12) is penetratingly formed, and which is formed in a disk shape; first and second protection plates(20,30) which are positioned on both surfaces of the heat insulation plate and manufactured of a material incinerated by being contacted with molten steel, at the center of which fixing member mounting holes(22,32) are respectively penetratingly formed, and which are formed in a disk shape; and a fixing member(40) penetratingly inserted into the fixing member through hole and the fixing member mounting holes to fix the first protection plate, the heat insulation plate and the second protection plate by sequentially stacking the first protection plate, the heat insulation plate and the second protection plate, wherein the disk type device further comprises a supporting member(50) comprising various supporting rods(54) radially insertingly mounted on an inner part of the heat insulation plate, wherein the fixing member comprises a body(42) inserted through the fixing member through hole and the fixing member mounting holes, a disk shaped head(44) integrally formed on an end of one side of the body, and several elements(46) integrally formed on an end of the other side of the body.
