摘要:本发明提供一种碳材料抗氧化用钨/铱复合涂层,其特征在于钨与碳材料直接接触形成中间层,铱与钨涂层直接接触形成表面层。钨涂层从碳材料表层内向外梯度过渡,冶金结合,没有成分和力学性能的突变。铱涂层从钨涂层内向外梯度过渡,冶金结合,没有成分和力学性能的突变。通过双层辉光等离子表面合金化先在碳材料表面制备钨涂层,然后再制备铱涂层形成钨/铱复合涂层。本发明主要优点是:(1)钨涂层渗入到碳材料内部,并与碳材料发生发应生成碳化钨,提高了涂层的附着力;(2)铱涂层与钨涂层通过反应生成高熔点化合物钨化铱,提高了铱涂层与钨涂层之间的结合力;(3)本发明工艺简单可控,碳材料外形尺寸光洁度保持性好。
