摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of easily and appropriately reconstructing a thick slice from tilted thin slice projection data even when a projection surface is tilted with respect to a parallel movement direction.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus includes an acquisition part, a reconstruction part, a specification part and a processing part. The acquisition part acquires projection data on a plurality of slice cross sections parallel to one another scanned by an X-ray source and an X-ray detector after performing a movement control of moving a cradle holding the X-ray source and the X-ray detector so as to form a tilt angle except zero degree so that the cross sections scanned by the X-ray source and the X-ray detector are tilted. The reconstruction part reconstructs the projection data to generate images of the plurality of slice cross sections parallel to one another. The specification part specifies slice cross sections adjacent each other as one group among the plurality of slice cross sections parallel to one another. The processing part performs distance-corresponding shift processing based on the tilt angle along a prescribed direction for images corresponding to the plurality of slice cross sections specified as one group.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
