摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for taking waste sludge, radioactive waste, out of a storage tank once and effectively breaking down the sludge consolidated during a deposition, in the inspection of the tank to readily transfer the sludge. SOLUTION: A fluid sludge liquid is made, by blowing air into a supernatant water present above a sludge layer piling up inside the storage tank T1 and stirring the supernatant water locally and is sucked out of the storage tank T1 by a sludge transfer pump P1, to be transferred to a transfer tank T2. Crushing operation is continued by returning the supernatant water 2 generated in the transfer tank T2 to the storage tank T1, allowing the supernatant water 2 to be spurted by way of a supernatant water spurter 6 and blowing the supernatant water 2 hard over a sludge deposition layer 11.
