摘要:本发明属建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种水泥基桥面裂缝修补材料。由硅酸盐系列水泥,高铝水泥,纤维素,聚醋酸乙烯酯乳胶粉,减水剂,硫铝酸盐膨胀剂,聚丙烯纤维,石英砂组成,使用本发明能非常高效率地对桥面混凝土表面由于各种原因引起的裂缝进行有效修补,从而大幅度提高桥面混凝土的耐磨性、韧性、抗冲击性、抗渗性、抗化学物质侵蚀性、抗碳化性,延长桥面混凝土的使用寿命。本发明适用于混凝土桥面和混凝土路面等工程的裂缝修补。

主权项:1、一种水泥基桥面裂缝修补材料,其特征在于由硅酸盐系列水泥、高铝水泥、纤维素、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳胶粉、减水剂、硫铝酸盐膨胀剂、聚丙烯纤维、石英砂组成,各组分的重量比为:硅酸盐系列水泥 100高铝水泥 2-45纤维素 0.02-0.5聚醋酸乙烯酯乳胶粉0.5-7减水剂 0.2-3硫铝酸盐膨胀剂 1-12聚丙烯纤维 0.5-50-2mm石英砂 30-190。
