摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve binding property between coating and ingredients so as to suppress peeling therebetween.SOLUTION: A coating material contains fat modified starch. The coating material is such that: the fat modified starch is fat which has a mixing amount of 0.005 pt.mass-3 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of raw material starch, and is obtained by heating a mixture which is mixed with one or more kind of the fat selected from the group consisting of edible fat and an edible fat analogous substance, and a pH adjuster which has a mixing amount of 0.005 pt.mass-3 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the raw material starch; and the mass ratio of the fat is 0.08-25 based on the mass of the pH adjuster in the mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: None
