摘要：<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of requirement of photons of much pulsed light to determine information on the receiving side though an optical switch is to be put in an interference circuit and interference on the receiving side is to be controlled by on/off of the optical switch in a conventional information communication device. <P>SOLUTION: A transmitting unit 1 has a constitution, in which a first coupler 4 is connected to a single mode laser generator 2 through fiber 3, the first coupler 4 is connected with each one ends of first long fiber 5 and second long fiber 6, respectively, and a phase shifter 7 is connected to the second fiber 6.
