摘要:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system in which a plurality of terminals can perform terminal-to-terminal communication, without being controlled from a base station, upon occurrence of disaster.SOLUTION: In a communication system including a base station, and a plurality of terminals capable of terminal-to-terminal communication, each of the plurality of terminals has, as the operation mode when performing terminal-to-terminal communication, a first mode for using a wireless resource allocated by the base station, and a second mode for using a wireless resource allocated by the own terminal or the opposite terminal. The first and second terminals, out of the plurality of terminals, are visiting a cell constituted by the base station, respectively. Upon accepting an input on the occurrence of a disaster, the first terminal sets the operation mode to the second mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
