摘要：PURPOSE: To perform the casting pressure molding with the use of powdered slip having pore space of 0.05-2μm on an inner surface and particle size of 0.1-5μm, by a mold having a two-layered structure comprising a porous base body of large diameter and a porous separation thin layer of small diameter on an inner face of the mold. CONSTITUTION: A nuclepore type thin film having pore space of 0.5-5μm is formed by applying the heavy ion radiation to a film of polycarbonate or polyester. The pore space of particularly narrow size is formed thereby. A mold is formed by coating a mold material of large pore space with a separation thin film of desired pore size. Then a hydrophobic polymer dried film of polycarbonate, polyester or the like is heated to obtain the proper expandability, and pressed by the air current of the same temperature to the mold material of the same temperature. The separation layer formed by the desired method is strongly adhered to the base, and copes with the back washing treatment without separation.
