摘要:PURPOSE: To obtain a mail list making device which automatically makes the list of mails based on the enclosures of the mails. CONSTITUTION: A mail list making device 10 composed basically of an inserter 12 is provided with a list printer 18 which is controlled by a controller 16, a gravimeter 16 which communicates with the controller 16, and a stacker 22 which receives mails from the inserter 12 in addition to the inserter 12 equipped with the controller 16, a reader 14, a keyboard 24, and a display 16. The device 10 puts such information as the dash code 36 which can be read with a machine to an enclosure 32 from a source station 34. The reader 14 reads the information and the controller 16 processes mails in accordance with the information and other stored information and, at the same time, formalizes the information and commands the printer 18 to print a list in a form and format receivable by post offices.
