摘要:<p>The electronic oscillator allows the designer accurately to predict the voltage swing of the output. The circuit is based on the limiting effect of pairs of transistors connected in a differential arrangement and using one or the other as the oscillator active element. The two transistors (T1, T2) include one NPN bipolar type and one connected in a common emitter configuration to the current source (4). Coupling to both bases is via the secondary winding of a transformer in the collector circuit of one transistor, the bases being connected to opposite ends of the secondary winding. Bias (14) to the bases is direct in one case and through the secondary winding in the second, the oscillatory circuit (1) being either inductor-capacitor in one transistors collector circuit or quartz in the transformer circuit to the second base.</p>
